We have already passed the middle of May, I have been knitting a shawl and it took me five days to complete it. All I need to do now is crochet an edge around it and put a fringe on it...is it called a fringe?
I don't even know.
I have many things on my mind, I was hoping to be near or at my goal weight by now..but it hasn't happened. So now that our celebration of our constitutional day May 17th is over I am back to being in full control. I have come across a blog about a girl/lady with Anorexia, and it doesn't sound nice at all. To be so obsessed with your weight and so unhappy with yourself that you almost stop eating, and have fear for food.
It doesn't sound like a very easy life, and I wish everyone with such problems good luck with feeling good and being healthy.
I don't have that problem, I have the opposite problem...I love biscuits, and I eat them sometimes...and we have had pizza over the weekend..and an indian carry out....and coca cola..and ice cream..! So , as you can understand..I need to get a grip.
I need to LOSE weight, but only in a sensible and healthy way of course. So, i have just finished 30 minutes on the treadmill, didn't mange 4 km in 30 minutes today, but I bet its because of what I have eaten over the weekend.
Now, to have a cup of coffee and watch some tennis.
