I will try to change things in my life, to live the life I want to live. Not just survive each day, but really live.
And do the things I want to.
I will try to write more often, to document things here.
Maybe someone will want to follow along, and if you do you are most welcome to do so. If you get inspired, wonderful.
I will do my very best to adopt my grandmother's way, the "do it now" mentality.
I doubt she had to think much about it, it just came naturally to her. I do find it hard, but I will try.

The 'do it now' attitude tends to work, but it does require some effort, obviously. You might also want to consider habit stacking to implement changes - i.e., whenever you do something by routine, you will add another routine right afterwards. That helps to get on with changes in an active way as you learn to associate action A with action B, and after a while it comes naturally. Best of luck and stay strong!
